CAPACITIES OF THE PRESIDENT
The President or, if necessary, the delegated President, represents Association. It is charged to carry out the decisions of the Office or the Board of directors and to ensure the correct operation of the Association which it represents in all the acts of the civil life like in justice

ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The Ordinary General meeting includes/understands the whole of the members of Association present or represented under the conditions of article 4. She meets at least once per annum and each time that she is convened by the Chairman of the board or on the request of the quarter at least of her members: the convocation, sent to the members by simple letter at least fifteen days in advance, comprises the agenda fixed by the one or the ones that took the initiative of the convocation

To rule in a valid way, the Parliament will have to be made up of at least 25 % of the active members of Association present or represented under the conditions of article With defect, a second Parliament will be convened under about fifteen with the same agenda: this second Parliament will be able consequently to rule without obligation of quorum
The General meeting hears the reports/ratios of the Board of directors. EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The President joins together the Extraordinary General meeting in the event of modification of the statutes or dissolution of the Association of his own initiative or on the request of half plus one of the active members
The Extraordinary General meeting is convened and is held according to same rules' as those of the Ordinary General meeting
However the Extraordinary General meeting deliberates validly only if the number of active members present or represented under the conditions fixed at article 4 is at least equal to half of the active members of Association
She rules in the majority of the 2/3 of the active members present or represented under the conditions fixed at article 4. If the quorum is not reached, a new General meeting is convened within fifteen day and, except case of dissolution, rules this time without condition of quorum in the majority simple of the active members present or represented
RULES OF PROCEDURE
The rules of procedure are established by the approval and Board of directors by the Ordinary General meeting
This payment is intended to fix the various points not envisaged by the statutes
DISSOLUTION
In the event of dissolution pronounced by two thirds at least of its members present active at the General meeting, one or more liquidators are named by this one, and the credit if it is necessary, is reserved in accordance with article 9 of the Law of July 1 and with the decree of August 16 1901.
